  • if the products have been placed outdoor or in humid environment
  • improper cleaning and with wrong cleaning products
  • spills such as acid, solvents, other corrosive chemical, ink, or paint
  • consequential or incidental damages

THE ORIGINAL INVOICE IS REQUIRED AS PROOF OF PURCHASE
THE TIME FRAME FOR REPLACEMENT IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF MATERIALS
THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REPAIR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR REPLACE IT WITH SUBSTITUTE MATERIALS OF EQUAL QUALITY
